How to measure your foot
Put a sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall. Stand on it with your heel against the wall, in the socks you would wear with the shoes. Mark the paper at the tip of your longest toe, which is not always the big toe, and measure from the edge of the paper to the mark. Measure both feet, use the longer one, and measure at the end of the day when your feet are at their largest.
Choosing your size
Find your measurement in the table and take that size. If you fall between two sizes, take the larger one.
These are foot lengths, not insole lengths, so nothing needs to be added. Measurements are approximate and can vary by roughly 0.5 cm between styles.
