How to measure
Measure over a thin shirt with a soft tape, kept flat and parallel to the floor. Chest: around the fullest part, under the arms. Waist: around your natural waistline, without pulling the tape tight.
Choosing your size
Go by chest for shirts, hoodies and jackets, and by waist for trousers and jeans. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one.
